3. App Permissions We Request

The Vizvolt mobile app may request the following permissions:

Camera

Used only to:

  • Scan QR codes during device onboarding

  • Assist with support diagnostics if you choose to upload images

Wi-Fi

Used to:

  • Connect Vizvolt devices to the internet

  • Enable cloud-based monitoring and updates

Bluetooth

Used to:

  • Discover and pair nearby Vizvolt devices

  • Enable local device setup and diagnostics

Location

Required only because Android mandates location access for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth scanning.
Vizvolt does not track or store your live location.

SMS / Message Access (OTP)

Used only to:

  • Automatically detect OTP messages during login or verification
    Vizvolt does not read, store, or access personal messages.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

  • Enable device setup and monitoring

  • Display real-time battery health and alerts

  • Improve app performance and reliability

5. Payments & Transactions

Payments for Vizvolt products are accepted only through our website. We use secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay to process online transactions.

Vizvolt, Vulcan Advanced Intelligence Computing Pvt. Ltd., and Giftreeng Innovations & Agritech Pvt. Ltd. do not collect, store, or process your debit card, credit card, UPI, or net-banking details.

All payment information is handled directly by Razorpay in accordance with their security standards and privacy policies.
