These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vizvolt website, mobile application, and smart inverter products.

Vizvolt is manufactured and trademark-owned by Vulcan Advanced Intelligence Computing Pvt. Ltd. and marketed and sold by Giftreeng Innovations & Agritech Pvt. Ltd.

By using Vizvolt, you agree to these Terms.

1. Product & Service Usage

Vizvolt provides:

  • Smart inverter hardware

  • Mobile application for monitoring and alerts

  • Cloud-based diagnostics and analytics

You agree to use Vizvolt products and services only for lawful and intended purposes.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

  • You must notify us immediately of unauthorised access

3. Product Disclaimer

  • Vizvolt is a power backup system, not a medical-grade or life-support UPS

  • Performance depends on load, usage, and environmental conditions

  • App data is indicative and may experience minor delays

4. Connectivity Dependency

Some features require:

  • Internet connectivity

  • Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth availability

Vizvolt is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party network failures.

5. Payments & Billing

All purchases of Vizvolt products are made only through our website using authorised third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay.

By making a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider. Vizvolt is not responsible for payment failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party gateways.

Prices, taxes, and applicable charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

6. Warranty & Support

  • Battery warranty: 5 years

  • Electronics warranty: 2 years

Warranty terms apply as per the official warranty documentation.
Unauthorised modification, misuse, or improper installation may void warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

The Vizvolt trademark, product designs, software, content, and branding are the intellectual property of Vulcan Advanced Intelligence Computing Pvt. Ltd.

Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vizvolt shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss caused by improper installation or misuse

  • Data interruptions caused by external factors

Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, as permitted by law.

9. Termination

Access to services may be suspended or terminated if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • The system is misused

  • Required by law

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: Courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
